  • Publication number: 20190126141
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to game consoles including game controllers and connected to one or more computing device. Specifically, a game console may receive, via a game controller, a first input triggering an activation of a multi-mode controller switching application at the game console. Further, while a multi-mode controller switching application is active and the game controller is operating in the first controller mode, the game console may receive, via the controller, a second input representing a selection of the second controller mode different from the first controller mode, switch from the first controller mode to the second controller mode in response to receiving the second input, and controlling the computing device in communication with the game console in accordance with the second controller mode.

  • Publication number: 20170227963
Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a system for use with a vehicle, the system including control circuits for controlling an operation of the vehicle, each of the control circuits implementing autopilot coefficients. The system further includes a sensor that is configured to detect control circuits operating in an untuned or incorrectly tuned state from the control circuits; an electronic switch that is configured to isolate the control circuits in the untuned or incorrectly tuned state from other control circuits; a tuning circuit that is configured to determine tuned values of the autopilot coefficients corresponding to the control circuits in the untuned or incorrectly tuned state; the tuned values of the autopilot coefficients enabling the control circuits to operate in a tuned state; and a memory to store the tuned values of the autopilot coefficients, wherein the electronic switch is further configured to connect the control circuits in the tuned state to the other control circuits.

  • Publication number: 20160185077
Abstract: A scrimless, pressure- and/or thermo-formable, porous or non-porous, rigid composite material is provided. The rigid composite material employs one or more unwoven (i.e., not woven nor a nonwoven) patterned supportive fiber layers on or within the rigid composite material. Where the rigid composite material does not require a supportive scrim, it avoids the disadvantages associated with these support structures such as additional weight and cost. The inventive rigid composite material also offers increased flexibility in forming and molding different part geometries, which is actively sought after by part designers and engineers.
