  • Patent number: 11803535
Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to replacing a legacy Pick environment with a modern microservice architecture. A legacy database and a modern database may be operated in parallel for data validation. During the validation process, the legacy database may be used as the master copy of the data. After verifying that the modern database satisfies the data needs of a system, the system can switch to using the new modern database as the master copy.

Date of Patent: October 31, 2023
    Assignee: CDK GLOBAL, LLC
    Inventors: Bruce Bailey, Mark Helzer
  • Patent number: 11514021
Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to replacing a legacy Pick environment with a modern microservice architecture. A legacy database and a modern database may be operated in parallel for data validation. Part of the data validation may include scanning the legacy database for updates to items stored thereon. Embodiments herein may generate an update message by combining item keys from across the multiple files that correspond with a same business object.

  • Patent number: 11485183
Abstract: An axle hanger includes a web, a first flange extending in a first direction perpendicular to the web, and a second flange extending in the first direction perpendicular to the web, spaced from and parallel to the first flange. A first return extends from the first flange toward the second flange parallel to the web, and a second return extends from the second flange toward the first flange parallel to the web. The axle hanger is easier to install and access in the event a hanger spring needs replacement, and the hanger can be more stably secured to the axle.

  • Patent number: 10059055
Abstract: A support apparatus to secure a mass loaded vinyl roll on a scaffold above a ground surface dispenses mass loaded vinyl from the roll with enhanced efficiency for an application on a wall. The support apparatus includes a frame assembly having a pair of upright legs coupled to a generally horizontal bar, each upright leg in the pair of upright legs having a top end with a U-shaped member coupled thereto, a pair of clamps mounted to the horizontal bar to secure the frame to the scaffold, and a spool bar coupled to the U-shaped members of the pair of upright legs and designed to secure the mass loaded vinyl roll thereon.

  • Publication number: 20080036182
Abstract: An equalizer for a suspension system for a trailer is configured to absorb or dampen the harsh shocks or vibrations coming off of the leaf springs proximate to a center frame hangar, thus allowing for a “softer” ride. The equalizer utilizes one or two independent equalizer arm assemblies or castings which are each rotatably secured within the equalizer. Each equalizer arm assembly or casting is operatively associated with one of the leaf springs such that upon upward movement of the leaf spring, the associated equalizer arm assembly or casting is forced to rotate within the equalizer and to deform a shock absorber provided within the equalizer. The shock absorber, upon the deformation thereof, absorbs the harsh shocks or vibrations which would otherwise normally be transferred from the leaf springs, to the equalizer, and thus to the frame of the trailer.

  • Publication number: 20060182651
Abstract: This invention concerns methods and apparatus for measuring oxidation reduction potentials of water in a hot water system at system temperature and pressure and methods of using the measured oxidation-reduction potential to monitor and control the addition of oxygen scavengers or oxygen to the system in order to maintain effective corrosion inhibiting concentrations of the oxygen scavengers or dissolved oxygen in the system.
