The consumer node then processes the claimed work item by performing a specified task on the item of unstructured data associated with the work item.

Abstract: A medical garment is provided for use with children patients during and following intravenous medical therapies and method for using the same. The garment includes fabric fitted for the upper torso of a patient with an easily detachable flap exposing an access opening located over the chest area to allow care providers with easy access to medical ports implanted in the patient's chest where most such ports are located for pediatric patients. An storage pocket is positioned inside and adjacent to the opening for easy, safe and discreet storage of tubing and small medical devices. The exterior surfaces of the flap and/or interior surfaces of the pocket may include ornamentation and/or design elements appropriate for children's clothing. The garment is designed to look like a regular piece of children's clothing which is comfortable for children to wear and which helps restore a feeling of normalcy to a child patient.

The upper weight pivots about the lower central weight as the lure sinks in the fluid to generate the desired sound vibrations.

Abstract: A method of impeding propagation of a crack in a structure including installing at least one compression member on the structure at a predetermined distance from the crack to place the structure in compression and reduce the stress at the crack. The structure is preferably a pipe structure formed of two pipes butt-welded at a joint, and preferably, a pair of compression members are installed on the pipes on opposite sides of the crack. Abstract: A method and corresponding apparatus provide an interface between two software products, i.e., data structures, to produce an effective enterprise architecture (EA) tool set. The software products may be, for example, System Architect® (SA) software product and Network Modeling and Simulation software product, referred to as OPNET. The interface translates extensible markup language (XML) files of, for example, network diagrams between the two software products, such as SA and OPNET. Specifically, the interface allows transfer of network diagrams from OPNET software data structure into SA software data structure to expedite the creation of enterprise architectures within SA. The interface further allows transfer of network diagrams from SA software data structure into OPNET software data structure, expediting the simulation of network diagrams within OPNET.

A supplier introduces product and supplier information consisting of text, digitized images, digitized audio or similar multimedia formats into the system using an Internet browser or a web services client. Resellers use an Internet browser or web services client to retrieve supplier information. The suppliers may define product groups and reseller groups in order to efficiently manage its products and resellers. The supplier may define distribution rules to limit to which resellers specific product information is available.

According to a second embodiment of the invention, an agreement is established between an e-mail sender and an e-mail recipient that states when the sender may send e-mail messages to the recipient. According to a third embodiment of the invention, trend data reflecting an amount of e-mail sent by a sender is collected. The trend data can be used to establish a rate limit for the sender. According to a fourth embodiment of the invention, separate rate limits are established for authenticated and unauthenticated mail from addresses. According to a fifth embodiment of the invention, a sender may have a rate at which their e-mail is transmitted reduced if they exceed predetermined rate limits.
