Abstract: This patent application describes a novel delivery system utilizing multiple natural therapeutic modalities featuring low-level laser light, clean enriched air with aromatic healing fragrances, and anti-inflammatory natural grounding currents from the surface of the earth, placed in omnipresent consumer devices, which conveniently bring these therapeutic modalities into close, frequent, and effective proximity to the consumer on a practical, economic, and safe platform that is independent of a doctor's office. This delivery system virtually brings nature at its therapeutic best into the comfort and convenience of the home and office where modern man virtually spends most of his existence.

Abstract: In a network-linked computer graphics image rendering system serving to render images of objects in scenes, these objects are so rendered from high-resolution 3D models and textures that are, in particular, stored and maintained on one or more server computers in one or more libraries that are secure. Using stand-in object models and textures, design professionals at client computers are able to “fine-tune” and preview designs that incorporate objects stored securely in the server's(s') models' library(ies). Yet the high-resolution, 3D, relatively expensive, and proprietary object models remain completely secure at one (i.e., centralized) or more (i.e., distributed) server computers. 2D perspective-view or stereo in-situ photorealistic images of scenes incorporating these objects are rendered at the one or more sever computers, for subsequent remote viewing at the one or more client computers.

Abstract: A design professional such as an interior designer, furniture sales associate or advertising designer or a consumer running a program at a client computer (i) interactively selects or specifies a background scene and furnishings or other objects, (ii) interactively previews these objects in a small low-quality perspective view image of the scene, and then (iii) utilizing the world wide web transmits the scene file to a server computer, (iv) this server then renders a typically larger high-quality version of the previewed scene, utilizing high-resolution objects to replace the stand-in objects used to render the preview image on the client computer, (v) which high-quality image is returned to the client computer for viewing. 3D models and related textures and maps are built for each object to be depicted in the virtual scenes.

Abstract: A method for providing a storage compartment in a wall having equally spaced studs located therein is provided by the invention which employs a cabinet having side walls, a top wall, a bottom wall, and a back wall, the side walls, top wall and bottom wall having a depth no greater than the depth of the studs. A rim portion extends around the perimeter defined by the side walls, top wall and bottom wall. Means for securing the cabinet to the studs are located on the rim portion. Shelves can be located between the side walls and hinge means for hingedly supporting a door on the cabinet. The storage compartment is ideal as a pantry, a broom closet, or a storage locker.
