Patent number: 5328115Abstract: A refillable tape dispenser comprising a housing including a side wall, and a hub having a longitudinal axis defining an axial direction. The hub has inner and outer surfaces, and a first end fixed to the side wall. The hub comprises first and second opposed flexible portions having distal ends remote from the side wall which flexible portions project axially from the side wall. The dispenser also includes a retaining lug at the distal end of each of the flexible portions. The retaining lugs have remote ends spaced axially from the flexible portions. Ribs are present at the distal end of each of the flexible portions. The ribs project radially outward of the flexible portions and have axially extending arcuate bearing surfaces.
