Abstract: A penile lengthening traction device is provided. The penile lengthening traction device includes a top clamping assembly that includes a top body shell, a top body cover, a pair of top contact pads, and a top traction pad. The device includes a bottom clamping assembly that includes a bottom body shell, a bottom cover, a pair of bottom contact pads, and a bottom traction pad. The top clamping assembly and the bottom clamping assembly are operationally coupled using a pair of threaded bolts for hanging appropriate weight thereon utilizing a four-cord carabiner stabilization attachment assembly. The top clamping assembly is openable in relation to the bottom clamping assembly to accommodate a penile shaft therebetween.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vacuum chamber extension device for penis enlargement as well as the method of assembling and using the vacuum chamber extension device for penis enlargement. The vacuum chamber extension device includes an elastic polymer sleeve configured to be positioned on the penis shaft, a glans cap configured to be placed over the glans, and a vacuum chamber configured to at least partially enclose the glans cap. The vacuum chamber extension device is safe, easy to use, effective and efficient in use. The vacuum chamber extension device can be easily secured over the penis for the purpose of penis enlargement.

Abstract: A male anatomical enhancement garment is disclosed. The male anatomical enhancement garment may include a base band may that may include snap buttons, hook and loop fasteners or other suitable adjustment mechanism. The garment also includes an embedded bead positioned behind the penis head after the penis is received through the front aperture. The garment includes a scrotal opening for normal movement of the user's testicles in response to temperature variation. The garments sheath's only section may or may not have a silicone bead embedded at both ends as opposed to a single end of the penis sheath. The penis sheath may or may not be used to attach metallic components to induce a mild electrical current to positively stimulate male anatomical functions.
