Abstract: The present invention relates to a card attachment for holding cards. The jaws of the card attachment can be locking in a closed position to ensure a secure grip on a card. Plastic gripping pads are included to increase the friction between the card and the jaws. Side walls are included to limit the distance a card may be inserted into the card attachment. Limiting the insertion of a card in this manner allows a card to be held without covering large amounts of the card. The ratio of an insertion length to the length of the side wall is selected to allow a card to be held securely without covering excessive amounts of the card. Thus a card can be held without covering pictures, words, or indicia on the card.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a card display device that includes two clips rotatably attached. A rivet connects the two clips and allows the clips to rotate with respect to each other. The design of one of the two clips allows it to grasp a card while the other clip grasps a user's clothing. In some embodiments, a suspender style clip serves as the card attachment. In other embodiments, a clothespin type clip serves as the card attachment. In some embodiments the first clip and second clip have only three separate jaws. The card attachment clip may include plastic or rubber gripping pads that aid in providing a secure grip.

Abstract: A magnetic card holder is disclosed that allows users to display cards on their clothing comfortably and without damage to their clothing. Lightweight, thin, and strong neodymium magnets used in this card holder provide a desirable combination of weight, size, and performance. The magnetic forces produced by the included magnets are confined substantially within the magnetic card holder and therefore have no damaging magnetic effects on cards placed in or near the card holder.

Such features include a recess/protrusion combination having non-circular shape, an off-center pin/hole combination, or the slots in which the lanyard is placed adapted to restrict rotation. The slider has a flat surface with a rim around it for receiving a customer selected logo or design.

Furthermore, assembly of a lanyard, badge, and buckle combination is made more efficient by making the connectors quick-connect.
