    Abstract: Mouse genes differentially expressed in comparisons of older and younger livers by gene chip analysis have been identified, as have corresponding human genes and proteins. The human molecules, or antagonists thereof, may be used for protection against faster-than-normal biological aging, or to achieve slower-than-normal biological aging. The human molecules may also be used as markers of biological aging.
