    Abstract: A swivel snap hook of low cost, high strength construction for bearing loads wherein all the primary components are constructed of a stamped material including a body having a hook opening formed thereon for receiving a load member and a pivotally mounted keeper located adjacent the hook opening movable between a latched position closing the hook opening and a load attachment bypass position. The other primary components include an anchor and a swivel for rotatably mounting the body to the anchor. The swivel also being of a stamped and formed construction.

    Abstract: The invention pertains to an improved overcenter buckle for tensioning straps used for securing cargo during transport wherein the buckle includes a handle pivotally mounted upon a U-shaped body, and the tension strap is threaded through the handle wherein pivoting thereof between open and closed positions tensions the strap. The improved construction comprises a lock plate slidably mounted on the body displaceable between handle lock and release positions and the lock plate is sufficient spaced from the handle to allow handle clearance during release.

    Abstract: An anchor fitting for attachment to a track member including a plurality of rectangular slots, wherein the fitting has a body constructed of a plurality of stamped plates fastened together by rivets. One end of the body has a notch defined thereon for receiving the track member and the other end includes an elongated ledge engaging the track inner side. A keeper is pivotally mounted adjacent the ledge end receivable within the slot to increase the body length within the slot to retain the fitting. A hole is formed in the body through which a ring is passed wherein straps or other tensioning device for securing cargo may be attached.
