Patent number: 12639862Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for visualizing a driving scene overlaid with predictions. An example process includes receiving sensor data collected by one or more sensors of an autonomous vehicle (AV) navigating in a scene, receiving at least one prediction associated with one or more objects in the scene, and generating a superimposed visualization representing the AV in the scene and representing the at least one prediction associated with the one or more objects in the scene. The superimposed visualization may dynamically display the at least one prediction associated with the one or more objects in time sequence as the AV navigates in the scene.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2024Date of Patent: May 26, 2026Assignee: GM Cruise Holdings LLCInventors: Adam Kahn, Eric Eakin, Christopher Hasson, David Winegar, Stuart John Alexander Knightley, Matthew Tescher, Bruce Liu

Publication number: 20260025949Abstract: A water cooling block comprises a baseplate having an inner surface and an outer surface having a plurality of raised surfaces adapted to contact integrated circuits mounted on a hashboard, microfins arranged on the inner surface, a cover mounted to the baseplate and forming a cooling water distribution chamber therebetween. A first water port is arranged at a central location on one side plate of the cover, second and third water ports are arranged at opposite ends of the one side plate of the cover, and a water channel is arranged between other side plates of the cover and a perimeter of the cooling water distribution chamber. The water channel receives heated water from or supplies cooling water to the cooling water distribution chamber at a location distal from the first water port, and the water channel extends to each of the second and third water ports.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 21, 2025Publication date: January 22, 2026Inventors: Ryan RAMMINGER, Bruce LIU

Patent number: 11071371Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a body-worn unitary harness having a shoulder portion and a waist portion in tensile communication with one another, such that both the shoulder and the waist portions can be simultaneously adjusted using a single adjustment mechanism to conform to a wearer's body. In an illustrative embodiment, a length of webbing may thread through an angle-turning buckle and change direction therein. Tensile forces in the length of webbing may be directed in different directions on either side of the angle-turning buckle. A single clasp may facilitate both donning and doffing of the unitary harness. An implement connector may be coupled to a hip member and configured to connect an implement to the unitary harness. Various exemplary unitary harnesses may provide comfortable implement carrying capacity while automatically adjusting relative waist and shoulder lengths to accommodate a user's movements and positions.Type: GrantFiled: June 26, 2018Date of Patent: July 27, 2021Assignee: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC.Inventors: Jacky Zhu, Zhao Xia Jin, Jimmy Zheng, Bruce Liu, Ning Qin

Patent number: 10850138Abstract: Embodiments relate generally to connectors for use with harness and backplate systems in an SCBA. An SCBA may comprise a backplate for holding a cylinder of air and a harness with straps operable to attach to the backplate. Applicants have developed a backplate connector that provides a reliable quick connection and disconnection for straps attached to a backplate. The connector may fit into a slot on the backplate. In some embodiments, a plurality of connectors may be used to connect a plurality of straps to the backplate. Additionally, the connector may comprise a clip or other attachment operable to secure one or more hoses of the SCBA. This design may prevent the air hoses being hooked accidently, and the attachment of the hoses may help to secure the connector into the slot of the backplate, reducing the change of the connector disconnecting during normal usage.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2015Date of Patent: December 1, 2020Assignee: Honeywell International Inc.Inventors: Bruce Liu, Mark Hua, Kevin Lu, Mike Ma

Patent number: 10821309Abstract: A harness may be used to carry a breathable air system. Generally, the harness may comprise at least one shoulder strap and a plurality of attachments configured to attach the at least one shoulder strap to the breathable air system. Additionally, the plurality of attachments may allow the breathable air system to be configured into a plurality of strap configurations. For example, the plurality of strap configurations may include a hip configuration, a waist configuration, a leg configuration, and/or a back configuration. In some configurations, an additional/accessory strap may be used to more securely carry the breathable air system in the plurality of strap configurations.Type: GrantFiled: August 4, 2017Date of Patent: November 3, 2020Assignee: Honeywell International Inc.Inventors: Jie Zhu, Gio Xu, Bruce Liu, Zhao Xia Jin
