  • Patent number: 9282733
Abstract: A trap-setting apparatus for use in setting a dog-proof trap that includes a continuous side wall, a spring member that is movable between a tripped configuration extending away from the side wall and a rigging configuration adjacent thereto. The trap-setting apparatus includes a cam member and an elongate handle having a proximal member coupled thereto and a distal end displaced therefrom, the handle being configured to rotate the cam member when moved. The trap-setting apparatus includes a pair of hook members each having a first end coupled to the cam member and a second end selectively coupled to the spring member of the dog-proof trap. In use, a user movement of the handle causes the cam member to rotate relative to the side wall of the trap and to move the spring member from the tripped configuration toward the rigging configuration.

  • Patent number: 8233040
Abstract: A modular camera having a chassis module, a camera module, an illumination module and a communications module that together form a cooling passageway. The chassis module has a back wall having a first end and an opposite second end, a bottom wall having at least one opening formed therein, a first fan mounted at the chassis back wall first end, and a second fan mounted at the chassis back wall second end. The camera module has a body, wherein the camera body is removably received through a hole formed through the chassis module back wall. The illumination module has a back wall, wherein the illumination module is removably coupled to the chassis module so that the illumination module back wall is spaced apart from the chassis module back wall. The communication module is removably coupled to the chassis module. The chassis module back wall, the camera module body, the illumination module back wall and the communications module together form a cooling channel.

  • Patent number: 4116806
Abstract: Apparatus for depositing layers of materials onto substrates by magnetically enhanced cathodic sputtering; typically comprising an enclosure having atmospheric sealing means between the atmosphere inside and the atmosphere outside the enclosure, vacuum pump means connected to the enclosure to reduce the pressure inside relative to the atmospheric pressure outside the enclosure, a cathode within the enclosure comprising a frame of substantially symmetric shape about a centrally disposed centerplane, a plurality of magnets supported in the frame and positioned with the neutral axis of each magnet substantially in the centerplane, and at least one target plate supported on the frame on each side of the centerplane, insulation means between the frame and the enclosure, means for connecting an electrical potential difference between the frame and the enclosure, and means in and supported by the enclosure for supporting and conveying the substrates on opposite sides of, and parallel to, the target plates from a pos
