Abstract: The invention relates to, systems and methods that may be used to facilitate customer participation in queues by allowing them to view queue wait times of several establishments at once and leave designated waiting areas. Additionally, establishments can use the described systems and methods to manage/monitor queues, improve service, and otherwise please customers. In some aspects, the systems may include a host server that may, among other things, receive, communicate, store, monitor, and manage information about customers, queues, reservations, establishments, and the like. The systems may also include a communications network and communication devices. The network may communicate information between the host server, establishment hosts, customers, and others. The communication devices may send information from customers in a remote location to the host server via a network. Additionally, the communications device can receive information.
