  • Publication number: 20240062903
Abstract: Wearable technologies, such as wearable health monitors, and methods of use are provided. In some embodiments, the wearable technology can be worn at the wrist of an individual and can use an accelerometer, pulse oximeter, and electrocardiogram to measure heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, pulse wave velocity, and activity. This information can then be provided to the individual. The individual can alter their behaviors and relationships with their own health by using features such as notifications and auto-tagging to better understand their own stress, diet, sleep, and exercise levels over various time periods and subsequently make appropriate behavioral changes.

  • Publication number: 20230355145
Abstract: Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIS) is employed to non-invasively detect health-related conditions, such as blood glucose concentrations, and accounting for non-linear interference from human tissues, the differences among individuals, and multiple interfering compounds within blood. A multi-layered artificial neural network can be used to assess these relationships and accurately estimate blood glucose levels. Diffuse reflectance spectrum at six different wavelengths are analyzed with a neural network, resulting in a correlation coefficient as high as 0.9216 when compared to a standard electrochemical glucose analysis test.
    Type: Application
    Filed: May 9, 2023
    Publication date: November 9, 2023

  • Patent number: 10853570
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a redaction system, method and computer program product. Embodiments of the invention implement an automated redaction system for redacting electronic documents. A redaction system of the invention has a source of electronic documents to be redacted; a source of redaction rules; and a redaction engine coupled to the source of electronic documents and the source of redaction rules. The redaction system is configured to perform operations of the method of the invention by accessing electronic documents to be redacted; accessing redaction rules to be applied when redacting the electronic documents; and redacting the electronic documents in accordance with the redaction rules. In other embodiments of the invention, the electronic documents to be redacted are converted to a common electronic format prior to redaction, and redacted when in the common electronic format.

  • Patent number: 8452714
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for the automatic creation of a process model having a graphical representation. The system includes a planner to determine different plans for addressing a problem, and a graphics engine for displaying the process model for the different plans. Furthermore, the present invention includes a method for forming a process model having the steps of obtaining a planning data from a planning software; accessing a graphical editor; building the information needed to create a process model; and drawing a process model diagram with the graphical editor.
