Abstract: The primary function of the Bootstrap invention is to provide a flexible elastic woven band material that has a high heat resistant that connects to the bottom of the person's boots to their pants. The invention also provides a means to reduce the thermal heat from traveling between the person's pants by eliminating the separation distance between the pants and the boots. The invention is simple to install and provides a high degree of flexibility to insure that it maintains operation while connected to the person's boots and pants. The invention is either wrapped around the outside of the bottom of the person's boot or the inside the person's boot like a stirrup. The invention has multiple applications for people such as, firefighter bunker pants, commercial and military situations where the boots and pants need to be a close as possible during heat related and other situations.

Abstract: A lighting assembly for a ladder. The assembly has a lighting unit and a mount. The lighting unit has a housing, a controller, a LED group, and a user input device. The controller is signal connected to the user input device and the LED group. The LED group has a plurality of LEDs. The mount is connected to the lighting unit. One mount has a ladder rung receiver and a locking arm. The locking arm is movable between an open position to allow a ladder rung to be received in the run receiver and at least one closed position to secure the ladder run in the rung receiver. Another mount has a toggle anchor for engaging a ladder side rail channel.

The hoist assembly has two spaced apart rail connecting members configured to connect with rails of an end of a ladder. The hoist assembly also has a winch. The winch has a cable. The sled has frame, a platform connected to the frame, and a harness connecting a rider to the platform. The cable is releasably connected to the sled. The winch is operable to move the sled via the cable along the ladder from a lowered position to a raised position.
