Abstract: Disclosed herein is an instrument and associated methods for a fully automated bench-top NULISA platform, comprising an X-Y-Z-gantry, a microtiter plate stage, an incubator, a quantitative PCR module, a decontamination cleaner for microtiter plates, a microtiter plate sealer, a magnetic probe and comb assembly for sample mixing and magnetic bead extraction, a storage unit for reagents and supplies, and a controller.

Abstract: A golf grip defines a body having a length extending between an upper cap end and a lower mouth end, the body including a bore for receiving the shaft of the golf club. The body includes a tapered portion that extends along at least about 75 percent of the length of the body between an upper location and a lower location, the bore extending longitudinally through the tapered portion. The tapered portion includes a front side, a back side, a left side, and a right side, the tapered portion defining a width between the left and right sides and a depth between the front and back sides. The tapered portion has a reverse taper between the left and right sides that expands the width of the tapered portion as the tapered portion extends from the upper location to the lower location. The tapered portion has a second reverse taper defined between the front and back sides that expands the depth of the tapered portion as the tapered portion extends from the upper location to the lower location.

Abstract: A cloud-based industrial data services (IDS) architecture leverage smart tags, asset models, and data service applications to facilitate secure transaction and exchange of contextualized factory data between different parties as part of a combined technology and commerce platform, or to perform provide asset owners with insights into operation of their industrial assets. The IDS platform supports a set of services that connect providers of smart industrial devices to plant floor and systems owned by the end users of these devices. The cloud-based platform allows asset providers to publish data service applications for purchase and use by end users of their assets, and allows equipment owners to control remote access to selected sets of their industrial data via the cloud platform.

Abstract: An eFuels plant and process for producing synthetic hydrocarbons using renewable energy are disclosed. The eFuels plant comprises a hydrocarbon synthesis (HS) system and a renewable feed and carbon/energy recovery (RFCER) system. The RFCER comprises an electrolysis unit to convert water to hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen and carbon dioxide are fed to the HS system to produce synthetic hydrocarbon products. The process further comprises a thermal desalination unit, a direct air capture unit, an oxygen-fired heater, a steam turbine generator, a heat recovery unit, anaerobic and/or aerobic wastewater treatment, or a combination thereof. Process streams of and heat generated in the HS and RFCER systems are integrated to improve energy, hydrogen, and carbon efficiency and maintain stable operations during power fluctuations to the eFuels plant.
