Abstract: A flange adapter plate assembly comprising an inside flange pattern for accepting bolt locking heads in slots disposed within recesses beneath the surface thereof. The inside flange pattern may optionally include key holes for expeditiously removing the bolts while the outside flange is secured in situ. The eduction tube portion comprises tube members having tight convolutions and a plethora of pronounced barb members. A single adapter plate reduces number of prerequisite components and also increases eduction tube strength. A twist lock protocol is used to expeditiously attach the flange adapter transition plate to a corresponding mating flange.
