The medical device further includes an inner member slidably disposed within the lumen of the catheter, the inner member having a first lumen, a second lumen, a mixing region, and a distally extending member, wherein an opening is defined in a central region of the tip member, and wherein the distally extending member is designed to extend through the opening.
