The lighting control method includes: counting a lighting duration of N days before statistical date of a lamp, where N is an integer greater than 1 and less than 11; matching a to-be-executed dimming program from preset multiple dimming programs of the lamp according to a statistical result; and controlling an adaptive power supply of the lamp to switch to the to-be-executed dimming program, which improve the diversity of the lighting control of the lamp, increase the self-learning ability of the lamp, and reduce the maintenance cost of the lighting control of the lamp.
