One example method of operation provides receiving a request to schedule a medical care visit at a medical facility from a user device associated with a user account, scheduling the first appointment for a first appointment time on an appointment list and identifying an open appointment time in the appointment list for the same day. The method may also include transmitting a notification to the user device associated with a user account that is eligible for an appointment rescheduling event, and receiving a response message confirming a schedule change responsive to the notification being transmitted the user device.

Abstract: The illustrative embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for managing advertisements for advertisers. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a set of advertising preferences from an advertiser. The set of advertising preferences includes advertiser-definable criteria controlling when to initiate an advertisement associated with the advertiser. The method also includes monitoring a set of events associated with event data to determine whether to initiate the advertisement during an event. The set of events are viewable on an interfacing device associated with a user. A delivery manager controls delivery of the message delivery jobs through a number of delivery channels and ports. A priority manager reviews jobs pending in the queues. If the priority manager determines that a message delivery job will not be completed within its delivery timeframe, the priority manager assigns a higher priority to the message delivery job.

One example method of displaying customized content data on a mobile station may include receiving the content data at the mobile station, and modifying the content data based on predefined viewing preferences of the user. Abstract: Provided herein are methods for determining the level of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor subtype-(M1 receptor) anticholinergic activity in a blood serum sample, the method comprising the steps of removing protein from the blood serum sample by treatment with perchloric acid (PCA) to produce a PCA-treated serum sample; incubating the PCA-treated serum sample with a membrane preparation from cultured cells expressing the M1 receptor and an M1 receptor ligand; detecting an amount of binding of the M1 receptor ligand to the M1 receptor and comparing the amount of binding to a standard to determine the level of M1 receptor anticholinergic activity in the blood serum sample. Also provided are kits for performing the method.
