Abstract: An anti-static laminate material comprising a glass-reinforced panel having an electrically conductive mesh disposed at or just below its operational surface. The mesh is positioned near enough to the surface to impart a predetermined surface conductivity to the panel. The panel surface can be smooth or can have a textured, non-slip anti-glare configuration.

Abstract: An antistatic construction including a base member, a first electrically nonconductive layer on the base member, and an electrically conductive layer on the first electrically nonconductive layer. A second electrically nonconductive layer may be provided on the electrically conductive layer. A plurality of electrically nonconductive elements embedded within at least one of said layers. Portions of the electrically conductive layer adjacent to the electrically nonconductive elements being exposed.
