  • Publication number: 20240400392
Abstract: A process for the production of a carbon nanotube product comprises: introducing sequentially or concurrently a metal catalyst precursor, a source of carbon and a sulphur-containing additive into a continuous flow of a hydrogen-containing carrier gas in a temperature-controlled flow-through reactor; exposing the metal catalyst precursor in the flow of the carrier gas to a first temperature zone sufficient to generate particulate metal catalyst; exposing the catalyst, the source of carbon and the sulphur-containing additive to a second temperature zone downstream from the first temperature zone that can produce a carbon nanotube aggregate; discharging the aggregate as a continuous discharge through a discharge outlet of the reactor; collecting the continuous discharge in the form of a carbon nanotube product; and recycling continuously an exhaust stream of hydrogen by-product exhausted from the outlet to progressively replace the continuous flow.

  • Patent number: 11986596
Abstract: A manufactured component, such as headgear or a headgear strap, for a patient interface for delivery of pressurised air or breathable gas to an entrance of a patient's airways may include a textile portion having a first material with a first melting point. It may also include a plastic portion over-moulded to the textile portion. The plastic portion may be formed of a second material having a second melting point. The melting points may be different such that the second melting point is chosen to be less than the first melting point of the first material. The component may be moulded in a multi-step process that moulds separate portions of the plastic portion and the textile portion at different times. The resulting plastic portion may then have a mechanical bond with the textile and may do so without significant chemical bonding between the plastic portion and the textile.

  • Patent number: 11516050
Abstract: Technologies are disclosed for monitoring network traffic using traffic mirroring. According to some examples, traffic mirroring allows customers to monitor traffic at different sources within a VPC. For example, a source may be any Elastic Network Interface (ENI) in their VPC, including elastic network interfaces (ENIs) on virtual machine instances, Network Address Translation (NAT) Gateways, Load Balancers, VPC endpoints, Internal Gateways, Transit Gateways, and more. Filters can be utilized to determine the network traffic to mirror. A customer may also configure to monitor real-time traffic with a monitoring appliance of their choice. With traffic mirroring, data traffic may be identified and sent to one or more target devices. Customers may monitor traffic within a VPC for content inspection, forensic analysis, troubleshooting, record keeping, and the like.
