    Abstract: Various embodiments relating to a large-format touch display having a continuous touch surface that is flat and free from visual defects are disclosed. In one embodiment, a display assembly includes a display stacking including a cover sheet having an exterior surface and an interior surface opposing the exterior surface and an image-emitting layer secured to the interior surface, a carriage assembly configured to hold the display stack in a fixed position in the display assembly, and a plurality of fastener pucks positioned adjacent a perimeter of the interior surface of the cover sheet and securing the carriage assembly to the interior surface of the cover sheet via a curable adhesive.
