The main body portion of the upper mounting frame includes a flange extending outwardly therefrom. The lower mounting frame is pivotable with respect to the upper mounting frame between a first position and a second position. The latch assembly is associated with a first end of the upper mounting frame and the lower mounting frame. When the latch assembly is released the lower mounting frame pivots from the first position to the second position.
