  • Publication number: 20210403343
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to recycling automotive phosphate rinse water. An apparatus and method is disclosed for treating process water containing phosphate. The apparatus may include a process water line. The process water line may be in fluid communication with a sample process water line. The sample process water line may be in fluid communication with a dilution line. The sample process water line, the dilution line, and a phosphate analyzer may be in fluid communication with a diluted process water line. The apparatus may also include a chemical additive feed line in fluid communication with the process water line downstream from the sample process water line.

  • Publication number: 20060191630
Abstract: Polymeric multilayer optical films, and laminate bodies that include such films, are cut or subdivided into one or more discrete pieces by removably applying a first and second liner to opposed major surfaces of the multilayer optical film. Laser radiation is then directed at the multilayer optical film through the first liner in such a way as to produce cut lines that define a plurality of pieces of the first liner and of the multilayer optical film. Thereafter, the plurality of pieces of the first liner are removed from the plurality of pieces of the multilayer optical film while the pieces of multilayer optical film are supported by the second liner. Application of the first liner to the multilayer optical film can be accomplished with electrostatics.

  • Patent number: 5683306
Abstract: A practice platform is provided for use by a golfer to practice swinging a club on different inclines. The practice platform has a deck pivotally mounted to a base. Unlike known prior practice golf platforms, the deck is intended to be pivoted to different inclines solely by the golfer's positioning himself upon the deck so that his weight causes the deck to pivot, without the use of a power drive mechanism. The platform includes a mechanism to hold the deck in the selected position, and also to facilitate positioning of the deck by restricting it from pivoting freely through its full range of motion in reaction to the golfer's weight. A valve is provided which can control simultaneously the pivoting of the deck in all directions.
