Abstract: A stapler, optionally used for flat-clinch stapling or for external and internal stapling, includes a stapling plate with stampings and a slit-like perforation for flat-clinch stapling. The stapling plate is rotatable or slidable or divided. The stapling plate has projecting outer gripping edges. The stapling plate folding part is pivotably connected to the base plate and includes a clip connection. The stapler upper part is slidingly and pivotably mounted. The sliding pivoting mount is a connecting pivot and a bearing block having a slot, the bearing block slidingly and pivotably mounted in the slot on the connecting pivot. The distance of the two end positions of the connecting pivot corresponds to the distance between the slit-like perforation and the stampings. The base plate is connected to the upper part by a yaw pivot bearing and the slit-like perforation and the shaped stampings are in line with each other, the pivoting upper part adapted to engage a staple with both.

Abstract: Electrically operated driving device for staples, nails or the like, comprising an electric motor, a disc coupled to the electric motor, a cam means which cooperates with a driving pusher and with which the disc is movable into engagement to displace the driving pusher against a driving spring, and a trigger for actuation of the electric motor via an electrical switch including an actuating element, wherein between the switch and the trigger there is arranged a linkage which in the inactive state of the trigger is automatically aligned in the direction of actuation of the actuating element, and the disc and the shaft of the electric motor, respectively, has arranged thereon a projection such that it engages the linkage and moves it out of engagement with the actuating element when the driving pusher is released in its raised position.

Abstract: A fastener striking apparatus for fasteners, especially for staples, nails, etc., comprising a housing with a plunger to be struck arranged therein, a tool portion arranged at the housing containing a fastener channel with the plunger guided therein during the striking operation, and a magazine for the fasteners with the fasteners advanced therein with the aid of a spring-biased feeder in the direction of the fastener channel, with an adjustable resetting member provided which when in the normal position has a cam projecting into a recess formed in the tool portion on the side of the fastener channel opposite the magazine and which upon adjustment against the feeding direction of the fasteners in the magazine is adapted to be adjusted to such an extent that the respective foremost staple, together with the cam is disposed outside the fastener channel.
