  • Publication number: 20220390033
Abstract: A valve (1) for fluids, preferably for gases, comprises an inlet passage (2); an outlet passage (3); a shutter (4) interposed between the inlet passage (2) and the outlet passage (3) and movable between an open position and a closed position; actuating means (26,27). The valve (1) also comprises actuating means (26,27) operatively active on the shutter (4), which comprises an electromagnet (26) and a ferromagnetic element (27) that is movable as a function of the field generated by the electromagnet (26) for displacing the shutter (4) along the movement direction (L). In particular, the actuating means comprises a tubular body (5) made of non-magnetic material in which the ferromagnetic body (27) is inserted.

  • Patent number: 11501904
Abstract: Valve (1) for fluids, preferably for gases, comprising an inlet passage (2) for a fluid; an outlet passage (3) for the fluid; a shutter (4) interposed between the inlet passage (2) and the outlet passage (3) and movable along a movement direction (L) between an open position and a closed position; first magnetic attraction means (5) operatively active on the shutter (4) for attracting and/or keeping the shutter (4) itself towards the open position; a box-shaped body (7) containing the first magnetic attraction means (5) and extending along the movement direction (L) between an outer face and an inner face with respect to an inner volume (V) of the valve (1) interposed between the inlet passage (2) and the outlet passage (3). The box-shaped body (7) further comprises a dividing wall (10) for isolating the first magnetic attraction means (5) from the inner volume (V).

  • Patent number: 11448336
Abstract: A valve (1) for fluids, preferably for gases, comprising an inlet passage (2); an outlet passage (3); a shutter (4) interposed between the inlet passage (2) and the outlet passage (3) and movable between an open position and a closed position; actuating means (5) operatively active on the shutter (4); and a first stabilisation membrane (6) interposed between the shutter (4) and a fixed portion (7) of the valve (1). The first stabilisation membrane (6) exposes an active wall (8) to the fluid, which has an outer surface (9) shaped in such a way that the pressure of the fluid acting on the active wall (8) is lower than the pressure of the fluid acting on the rear surface (10) of the shutter (4), preventing the fluid from opening the shutter (4), when the shutter (4) is in the closed position and when the valve (1) is in a back pressure condition.

  • Patent number: 6725877
Abstract: The solenoid valve comprises a duct having an inlet opening and an outlet opening through which the fluid can pass substantially without changing direction, a valve seat within the duct, a closure member movable between a closure position and a fully-open position, and electromagnetic means for acting on the closure member in order to move it to any position between the closure position and the open position in dependence on an electrical control quantity. The electromagnet means comprise a core of ferromagnetic material, fixed firmly to the closure member and movable substantially along the same axis as the fluid, and a solenoid for generating a force on the ferromagnetic core along the same axis. A second closure member, movable along the same axis, may be provided in order to provide a solenoid valve with a double seal. The solenoid valve described is less bulky and expensive than known solenoid valves because it does not require a metal housing body.
