  • Publication number: 20150042459
Abstract: A read/write device (SLG) for a transponder (T) and a method for generating addresses (xUID—1, . . . , xUID_n) for access to a second memory (xSP—1, . . . , xSPn) of the transponder (T) that is provided for a RFID System and that includes an antenna, a processing unit, and a first memory (SP) to which a unique identification number (UID) is assigned, wherein the transponder (T) has a second memory (xSP—1, . . . , xSPn) that is different from the first memory (SP) for storing further information.

  • Patent number: 8612511
Abstract: A stationary data processing device communicates with a mobile data processing device, such as a client in the field of augmented-reality techniques in an automation system, or a production machine, or a machine tool or parts thereof. The stationary data processing device includes a server for communication with a browser on the mobile data processing device; an information broker for providing context-related information; legacy systems that contain and store information; and an information model that represents the information space and that allows navigation within the information and access to the information by the information broker independent of the legacy systems. The information broker utilizes the actual context, especially location, work situation, EA devices used and the information model.

  • Patent number: 8531274
Abstract: A method for establishing a wireless communication connection between an automation component and a mobile operating terminal is provided. The automation component reads out a first request from a tag, wherein the operating terminal has stored the first request on the tag using a read/write device, the operating terminal requesting information from the automation component by the first request via wireless communication connections provided by the automation component. The automation component stores the information via the wireless communication connection on the tag and then reads out a second request from the tag, wherein the operating terminal has stored the second request on the tag, the establishment of a first communication connection being requested in the second request. Further, a first communication module of the automation component intended for the first communication connection is activated, the operating terminal then establishing the first communication connection to the automation component.
