  • Publication number: 20240083963
Abstract: The present invention relates to an immunocytokine comprising (a) a conjugate, and (b) an antibody or a fragment thereof directly or indirectly linked by covalence to said conjugate, wherein said conjugate comprises (i) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of the interleukin 15 or derivatives thereof, and (ii) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of the sushi domain of the interleukin 15R alpha (IL-15R?) or derivatives thereof; and uses thereof.

  • Patent number: 6594955
Abstract: Door (1) for a vehicle, in the interior face of which there is a lateral opening (4) comprising a door module (5) fitted with equipment including a lock (30) and a window lifter (6) with at least one rail (7, 8) for guiding cables (9, 11), this module comprising an interior trim panel (20) on which the said equipment items are mounted, characterized in that in the upper part of the panel (20) there is an opening (31), against the periphery of which there may be removably fitted an additional insert (32) which forms a constituent part of the said panel and to which a support (24) for the lock (30) is fixed. This arrangement allows the lock (30) to be removed, if necessary, from the door (1) after the module (5) has been assembled therewith, without having first of all to remove the entire trim panel (20); this extraction of the lock (30) can be achieved simply by removing the insert (32) to which it is secured.

  • Patent number: 5360351
Abstract: An actuator which is physically secured to the locking mechanism by means of a first electrical connector. The motor of the actuator is provided with power through a second electrical connector which supplies power thereto through the first connector. The second connector also provides connection to a status contactor which provides locked and unlocked status indication. In this manner, the second connector accomplishes a dual function. Consequently, fasteners as required to secure the actuator to the lock mechanism are eliminated. A modular assembly is thus produced in which the interface housing carries a single connector which can be easily connected to the cable harness of the vehicle. Therefore only one electrical connection is required when mounting the lock in the door of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 4949585
Abstract: The jack comprises a tubular primary screw (10) provided with an outer screw thread and an inner screw thread having opposite thread hands, a secondary screw (11) cooperative with the inner screw thread and having an end (11a) articulated to a fixed point, a nut (9) fixed in rotation and connected to move in translation with the element to be adjusted and cooperative with the outer screw thread, a speed reducer associated with a motor (M) for driving the primary screw (10) in rotation, and means for preventing a rotation of the speed reducer (13) relative to the nut (9). These means comprise an articulated compass structure (18) having two branches (18a, 18b) articulated together. One of the branches is also articulated to the speed reducer (13) while the other branch is articulated to a part (9) of the jack which is fixed in rotation. The compass structure (18) considerably reduces the friction and improves the efficiency of the jack.
