  • Patent number: 11951779
Abstract: A system (40) for transmitting control pressures and/or working pressures from a wheel-hub pressure medium supply (20, 21, 22), in particular from a wheel-hub pressure medium rotary union (21), to a vehicle rim (2) mounted on the wheel hub (1). The system (40) has a receiving part (41), which has a central region (55) with a central opening (44) and at least one extension region (43) projecting radially from the central region (55), at least in some regions. The receiving part (41) can be connected to the wheel hub (1) by means of the at least one radially projecting extension region (43), in a detachable way, and the control pressures and/or working pressures can be transmitted from the wheel-hub pressure medium supply (20, 21, 22) to the opening (44).

  • Publication number: 20230240815
Abstract: A twisting instrument for a screw-in component with a tool recess comprises a drive shaft, a neck, and a working part. The working part has—as a spherical head having a plurality of teeth—a spherical enveloping surface that is contacted at least both by the free end and by sections of the tooth heads of the teeth of the working part. The neck or the drive shaft has a predetermined breaking zone. The working part engages in the tool recess of the screw-in part in an overload-proof and reliable manner.

  • Patent number: 11564779
Abstract: The invention relates to a superstructure support (20) as part of a prosthetic tooth replacement (1) between an implant body (10) and a superstructure, comprising a hollow implant post (23, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190), a hollow implant pin (50), and an implant flange (31) lying therebetween. The cavity zones (67, 62) of the implant post (23, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190) and of the implant pin (50) transition into each other. The center lines (69, 63) include an angle of 60 to 86 angular degrees. An attachment element (5) can be arranged on the implant post (23, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190) in a rotationally fixed manner by means of an assembly joint (140), which forms an interface (141, 145). The attachment element (5) is a cap-type element. At least some areas of the implant flange (31) have a supporting enveloping surface (37).

  • Publication number: 20220387145
Abstract: A system assembly interface between a multi-part superstructure carrier, which carries a superstructure, and an implant body, which has an internal thread, is disclosed. A part of the superstructure carrier is arranged on the implant body via an implant screw bolt. The superstructure carrier comprises a superstructure main carrier and an attachment carrier that is detachably screwed to it. The system assembly interface ensures secure support of the superstructure with simple pre-assembly and final assembly. In the case of a plurality of implant bodies carrying a partial or total prosthesis, no appreciable stresses occur despite static overdetermination.

  • Publication number: 20220282363
Abstract: A nanostructure is made of a plurality of nanocrystals on at least one surface or surface region of a titanium body. A method for generating such nanostructure is by means of hydrothermal oxidation. Thereby, the nanocrystals have a basic tetragonal-pyramidal shape, at least in some regions. The area density of the nanocrystals is between 40 and 400 per ?m2, wherein the area density decreases with increasing crystal height. The average spacing of 50 to 160 nm of adjacent nanocrystals is obtained at a nanocrystal height of 23 to 100 nm. This provides a titanium-based, bactericidal and hydrophilic nanostructure for implant surfaces and, at the same time, a corresponding manufacturing method with which the size and distribution of the nanocrystals forming a nanostructure that facilitates healing can be determined.

  • Publication number: 20220183798
Abstract: The disclosure relates to an assembly including a superstructure support that supports a superstructure, an implant body having an inner thread, and a threaded bolt. The superstructure support and the implant body are secured against rotation relative to one other. An inner thread is arranged in the cavity of the superstructure support, in the region of said cavity facing the implant body. The threaded bolt has two outer threads arranged one behind the other, with or without a spacing between them, the first of which is an outer thread for driving and the second is an outer thread for clamping. The two outer threads have different pitches. The present invention improves an assembly interface between a superstructure support and an implant body, such that the superstructure is securely supported, with simple pre-assembly and final assembly.

  • Patent number: 11311353
Abstract: The invention relates to a superstructure support (20) as part of a prosthetic tooth replacement (1) between an implant body (10) and a superstructure, comprising a hollow implant post (23), a hollow implant pin (50), and an implant flange (31) lying therebetween. The cavity zones (67, 62) of the implant post (23) and of the implant pin (50) transition into each other. The cavity zones have respective center lines (69, 63), which include an angle of 60 to 86 angular degrees. The cavity zone (62) of the implant pin (50) has a screw head seat surface (65) that widens toward the implant flange. At least some areas of the implant flange form a supporting enveloping surface (37), which is oriented toward the implant post (23) and the outer edge (33) of which spans a reference plane (38), which is perpendicularly intersected by the center line (69) of the post-side cavity zone (67). The center lines of the implant post (23) and of the implant pin (50) intersect or cross below the reference plane (38).
