Patent number: 11918881Abstract: Described herein is a swivel mount for rotatably coupling a display to the frame of an exercise machine. The swivel mount includes a rigid arm fixed to one of the display or the terminal end of a frame member, the arm terminating with a ball at its free end. A socket is defined at the other one of the display or frame member which rotatably received the ball. A rotational resistance mechanism is operatively associated with the socket to selectively engage the ball and resist the rotation of the swivel mount. In some embodiments, the arm of the swivel mount may rotate in a conical range of motion for repositioning the display in relation to the frame while the display remains in a fixed position relative to the arm.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 2021Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: BowFlex Inc.Inventors: Bryce C. Patent number: 6676422Abstract: The specification discloses a cap for sealing the terminal end of a power cord, such as a marine power cord, against dirt and moisture. The specification also discloses that the cap actively prevents corrosion of the electrical contacts covered by the cap by the inclusion of corrosion-inhibiting compounds dispersed within the plastic of the cap. The corrosion-inhibiting compound are released in gaseous form within the cap, thereby inhibiting corrosion of the electrical contacts.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2002Date of Patent: January 13, 2004Assignee: Drilltec Patents & Technologies Co., Inc.Inventors: Bryan C.
