  • Patent number: 11344479
Abstract: A pump-activated feeding container having a handheld container body with a removable top and a flexible straw assembly disposed within the body and exposed outside of the body. The container includes a priming bulb pump assembly directly coupled to at least one of the container body and container top in a watertight configuration and with a flexible and elastically deformable membrane defining a membrane cavity. The membrane is operably configured to have a membrane depression translation path 306 inducing a pressurized flow of liquid through a second enclosed straw channel of the straw assembly and an upper straw opening and to have a membrane release translation path 400 inducing a vacuum and flow of liquid through a first enclosed straw channel of the straw assembly and an upper straw opening.

  • Patent number: 10534882
Abstract: A method for configuring the features of an integrated circuit. In the method, the integrated circuit receives a feature vector message from a first party. The feature vector message is included in a response to a feature set request from the first party to a second party. The integrated circuit configures at least one feature of the integrated circuit based on a feature vector in the feature vector message. The integrated circuit generates an attestation result based on the at least one configured feature of the integrated circuit and using a key securely stored in the integrated circuit and known to the second party and not known to the first party. The integrated circuit forwards the attestation result to the first party.

  • Publication number: 20170051697
Abstract: A vehicle rollover engine protection and location system 10 for an off-road vehicle includes an inertial sensor unit 22, a communication bus 18 for providing communication from both the rollover sensor 22 and a global positioning system 40 to an electronic control unit 12. When a vehicle rollover has occurred, a processor 14 of the electronic control unit 12 is configured to stop providing fuel to an engine of the off-road vehicle, stop operation of the fuel pump, determine a location of the off-road vehicle from signals of the global positioning system, perform a rollover emergency call to actively indicate rollover of the off-road vehicle, and transmit a location signal.

  • Patent number: 9243200
Abstract: A compact treatment apparatus and methodology is provided for scavenging at least H2S from an acid gas stream. The vessel is charged with a batch of an aqueous solution of H2S scavenging treatment liquid. Acid gas is discharged from a sparge bar fit with graduated openings, either graduated from small to large or from a few to many and spaced therealong, for distributed discharge into the treatment liquid. The acid gas percolates up through the liquid and into a vessel headspace, the gas being scrubbed of H2S for producing a treated discharge gas. The treatment solution can be an aqueous solution of incorporating one of several active H2S scavenger ingredients including amine-aldehyde compositions or triazines.

  • Publication number: 20070208953
Abstract: Methods, devices, apparatus, computer-readable media and processors are provided that protect the distribution of media content. Media content is encrypted and the associated cryptographic mechanisms are stored and accessible either remotely at a networked database or internally within a data storage device memory. Access to the cryptographic mechanisms is granted by associating the cryptographic mechanisms with a data storage device identification and, optionally, a computing device identification.

  • Patent number: 7144555
Abstract: A method for removing hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide from a gas stream includes the step of contacting the gas stream with aqueous and gaseous ammonia in a closed vessel in the presence of solid iron. An apparatus for removing hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide from a gas stream includes a closed vessel for containing aqueous and gaseous ammonia and an iron source. The vessel is partitioned into inlet and outlet chambers and may itself serve as the iron source.

  • Patent number: 5976384
Abstract: A process for treating bacteria laden effluent from a sewage treatment digester to condition the effluent for release into the environment includes the steps of thoroughly mixing the effluent with a bactericide, conveying the mixed effluent to a reaction zone to completely kill any bacteria entrained in the waste water to provide a substantially bacteria free effluent, mixing an oxidant with the bacteria free effluent, maintaining the mixture for a sufficient time to permit substantially complete oxidation and neutralization of entrained bactericide, and discharging the treated effluent into the environment. In an alternative procedure the treated effluent is passed through a neutralizing filtration step to neutralize any active bactericide before the effluent is discharged to the environment.
