  • Patent number: 12631417
Abstract: A firearm accessory mounting device is disclosed, comprising a nut, a collar coupled to the nut, and a follower captured between the collar and within a cam track of the nut. When the nut is rotated relative to the collar, threaded engagement secures the nut to the collar. Once the threaded engagement causes a torque threshold to be reached, further rotation of the nut causes the follower to extend radially inward to create a compressive force on a muzzle device and quickly and stably attach the firearm accessory mounting device.

  • Patent number: 12618631
Abstract: A suppressor assembly is disclosed. The suppressor can comprise an outer tube defining a barrel axis, a first endcap configured to couple to a barrel of a firearm at a first end of the outer tube, and a spacer assembly in the outer tube. The spacer assembly can be positioned and/or captured between the first endcap and an exit side of the outer tube. The spacer assembly can comprise a plurality of spacers comprising a plurality of small and large diameter baffles oriented in different desirable positions within the spacer assembly. The baffles and spacers can be constructed from different materials so the weight of the baffles are greater than the weight of the spacers.

  • Publication number: 20250369714
Abstract: A spacer assembly includes a spacer comprising a spacer material defining a spacer material density, the spacer comprising a spacer body and a spacer baffle formed monolithically with the spacer body, the spacer defining a bore therethrough; and an independent cover baffle formed separately from the spacer and comprising a baffle material defining a baffle material density that is different from the spacer material density, the independent cover baffle mounted over the spacer baffle.
