    Abstract: An apparatus having a conduit including a reciprocating plunger rod directed therethrough in a coaxially aligned relationship includes an extension conduit directed into a subterranean water supply. A fixed lower valve cooperates with a reciprocating valve mounted to a lower distal end of the plunger rod to effect lifting of water from the water table to a second outlet conduit pipe.
