  • Patent number: 10482793
Abstract: A personal article identification system includes a substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface, where the bottom surface is configured to be secured to a personal article and the top surface of the substrate having a first indicia. The system also includes a top layer having a top surface and a bottom surface, where the top layer overlaying the substrate and has a second indicia. The second indicia is different than the first indicia. An intermediary layer is between the substrate and the top layer. In addition, the system includes a plurality of dots forming a two dimensional patterned array in the top layer, where each of the dots is removably attached to the substrate via the intermediary layer, and when removed expose the underlying first indicia of the top surface of the substrate to create a design element in the two dimensional patterned array.

  • Publication number: 20190347717
Abstract: A method and system for electronically facilitating loan closing transactions that include sub-transactions involving third parties. The method and system provide functionality to quickly and easily order a sub-transaction and bill the respective party, or pay for the sub-transaction directly from various payment systems. An interactive closing document updates automatically as different services and sub-transactions are ordered. Designated parties to the transaction make and approve changes and updates to the interactive document as sub-transactions are completed and billed. The interactive document receives information from the earlier stages of the loan or mortgage transaction, and incorporates the information into the interactive closing document. Upon approval by all parties, at the closing of the transaction, the interactive closing document is generated as a hard copy for signature.

  • Patent number: 10415929
Abstract: A breakdown rifle holder for transport and storage includes an upper body having an upper surface, where the upper surface is configured to slide into an upper receiver of a rifle. The holder also includes a lower body having a first end and a second end, where the first end is connected to a lower surface of the upper body and extends perpendicularly away from the lower surface of the upper body and forms an “L” shape. The second end of the lower body is configured to slide into a lower receiver of the rifle and retain the lower receiver by friction fit. In addition, a magazine receiver is connected to the lower surface of the upper body adjacent to the lower portion, where the magazine receiver is configured to receive an open end of a magazine and retain the magazine by friction fit.

  • Publication number: 20160225075
Abstract: A system and method for automating a corporate transaction. The system can create one or more forms for exchanging information among a customer, a financial institution, and, optionally, a vendor or other third-party who performs one or more sub-transactions related to the transaction. The system and method of the present invention provide for customizing each form to include one or more data elements associated with the financial transaction. The selected data elements can define logical relationships for automating order placement of sub-transactions. The logical relationships are triggered by one or more predetermined events. Once triggered, the logical relationships are applied, and the result or outcome is used to automatically perform other tasks associated with the transaction.

  • Publication number: 20140272739
Abstract: A system for removing liquids from a fluid stream having a mixture of gas and liquid phase components comprises a flare stack riser configured to couple to a gas flare module. A liquid collector has an input port, an internal cavity, and an output port. The input port is configured to receive a fluid stream, the fluid stream comprising gas and entrained liquid. The input port being further configured to direct the fluid stream into the internal cavity. The internal cavity being configured to separate at least a portion of the entrained liquid from the fluid stream and to permit the gas to exit through the output port. The output port being formed integrally with the flare stack riser.

  • Publication number: 20130006846
Abstract: A method and system for electronically facilitating real estate transactions by providing accurate representations of the loans a borrower is qualified to receive, which are based on actual data, rather than estimates. All actions required for completing the real estate transaction, from entry of the borrower information to the closing and funding of the loan, are seamlessly integrated. An automated underwriting engine is provided for generating a decision matrix based on user input and/or existing data. An appropriate loan is selected based on the decision matrix, and is communicated to a potential borrower. After a loan is selected, fulfillment processing is performed, and the loan is funded and closed.
