Abstract: A beverage dispensing system having control-based functionality for managing a beverage dispensing process and a cleaning process for fluid dispensing system is disclosed. The beverage dispensing system has one or more beverage containers that supply beverage(s) to beverage line(s), which in turn, supply the beverage(s) to dispense unit(s), or tap(s). A controller manages overall functionality of the system. Each beverage container includes a beverage port through which a beverage is output to an associated beverage line for communication to an associated tap. A coupler is affixed to the container and interfaces the associated beverage line to the beverage port on the container. The controller monitors flow through the beverage lines to determine whether any of the couplers are malfunctioning by allowing fluid to flow when the beverage dispensing process is disabled. The beverage lines also include fob detectors that are configured to facilitate the cleaning process.

Abstract: A beverage dispensing system having an in-line cleaning system is disclosed. Also, a system and method for monitoring operation of the beverage dispensing system is enclosed. The monitoring system includes sensors dispersed on monitoring points of the beverage dispensing system and a controller for analyzing information measured by the sensors and rendering conclusions regarding operation of the beverage dispensing system. The controller analyzes the sensed information against threshold values defined for the monitoring points from which the information originates. The threshold values are defined based on user specifications regarding system operation and operating parameters therefore. If the sensed information does not conform to the user specifications, as indicated based on analysis against the threshold parameters, such non-conformity is reported to a responsible user.

Abstract: The invention generally pertains to a method and composition for removing waxy soils. The invention also pertains to a method and composition for removing lip cosmetic soils such as lipsticks, Chapsticks™, and the like. The invention further pertains to a method and composition for removing lip cosmetic soils from the surface of drinkware. Finally, the invention pertains to a method and composition for removing lip cosmetic soils from the surface of drinkware wherein the drinkware is first pretreated with an effective amount of a pretreating composition and the drinkware is then treated with a normal washing process. In an embodiment, the drinkware is first pretreated with an effective amount of a pretreating composition to remove substantially all of the lip cosmetic soil from the drinkware. In an embodiment, the drinkware is first pretreated with an effective amount of a pretreating composition to loosen the lip cosmetic soil.

Abstract: System and method of cleaning wares of a plurality of establishments, each of the plurality of establishments having a location and a set of wares. The set of wares are collected from each of the plurality of establishments. The set of wares from all of the plurality of establishments are cleaned following the collecting step. Following the cleaning step, the set of wares are delivered to each respective one of the plurality of establishments.

Abstract: A container, method and system for dispensing a solid product held in a distributable container having an opening. A mechanical interlock secures the opening of the container preventing contact with the solid product by a user. A dispenser, fixed at a dispensing location, is adapted to receive the mechanical interlock of the container. A power source is operatively coupled to the dispenser and adapted to power the mechanical interlock allowing dispensing of the solid product from the container.
