  • Patent number: 11936547
Abstract: At times, it may be desirable to determine that a client system is, or to determine the number of client systems that are, presenting particular dynamic content when an auditable event occurs in the dynamic content. One manner of making the determination may include accessing presentation time information that indicates the time(s) at which one or more client systems present particular dynamic content and accessing event time information indicating the time(s) at which one or more auditable events occur in the dynamic particular content. Based on the presentation time information and the event time information, it may be possible to determine that a client system is, or to determine the number of client systems that are, presenting particular dynamic content when an auditable event occurs in the dynamic content.

  • Patent number: 10675573
Abstract: A faucet filter system is connected to a water supply line, and includes a manifold connectable to the supply line and providing selective fluid communication with the supply line and a filter apparatus in fluid communication with the manifold, at least one remote actuated valve is associated with the manifold and configured for controlling water flow in the manifold to the filter apparatus when filtered water is desired. A wireless controller is disposed remotely from the filter apparatus and the manifold and is configured for actuating the valve between a first position, in which water flows from the water supply conduit through a faucet inlet, and a second position, in which water flows from the water supply conduit, to the filter apparatus, through the filter outlet and through the faucet inlet. Depending on the actuation of the valve, the either filtered or unfiltered water is emitted through a faucet spout.

  • Publication number: 20200072694
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for monitoring a building pressurization without penetrating an envelope of a building. The system includes one or more processors and a memory coupled to the processors. The memory stores data comprising program code that, when executed by the processors, causes the system to receive at least one interior pressure signal from at least one interior pressure sensor and at least one exterior pressure signal from at least one exterior pressure sensor, where at least one of the at least one interior pressure signal and the at least one exterior pressure signal are received wirelessly. The system determines an interior pressure value based on the at least one interior pressure signal and an exterior pressure value based on the at least one exterior pressure signal. The system calculates the building pressurization based on a difference between the interior pressure value and the exterior pressure value.

  • Patent number: 10470372
Abstract: A suspension mechanism for a rotary rake implement incorporates elastomeric shock absorbing members in the corners of a tubular member situated in between the corners of a square rod formed as part of the wheel assembly and received within the tubular member such that the corners of the square rod assert a pre-load spring force on the tubular member when the implement is in an extended operating configuration. The movement of the implement into a folded transport configuration with the weight of the implement supported on the transport wheel assemblies causes a deflection of the square rod that compresses the elastomeric shock absorbing members within the corners of the tubular member to provide maximum suspension for the implement when in transport, while providing minimum suspension when the implement is in operation. An end cap on the square rod engages a stop formed on the tubular member to control rotation.

  • Patent number: 10405669
Abstract: A device and method for maintaining a user's legs in an elevated position. In particular, a base plate, a plurality of retractable leg members, a plurality of hinges, an attachment means. The base plate is adaptable to attach with the user's leg or footwear. The plurality of retractable leg members is adaptable to operate in a deployed configuration and/or in a stored configuration, and a locking mechanism is presented. In use, the device allows the user's leg to rest such that the foot is tilted inward or outward from the body. Finally, in the stored configuration, the plurality of retractable leg members becomes parallel with the rear surface of the base plate, thereby allowing the user to perform body movements without removing the leg support device.
