The dispenser comprises a canister body, a replaceable and disposable cartridge having flexible membrane seal received within the canister body, a pouring spout cap attached to an open end of the canister body, the pouring spout cap movable between an open position and a closed position wherein the pouring spout cap seals the open end of the canister body, a pouring spout, and a pierce pin depending from a lower surface of the pouring spout cap providing communication between the replaceable and disposable cartridge and the pouring spout via a discharge chamber. The replaceable and disposable cartridge is prefilled with a predetermined quantity of the dry, pourable material and is fabricated and sealed with biodegradable materials.

    Abstract: The present disclosure includes a powder dispensing assembly including a housing, a hopper assembly comprising one or more hoppers for containing powders to be dispensed contained within said housing, an outlet passage engaged with the hopper assembly for discharging selected amounts of powder from the hopper assembly and a powder moving assembly contained within each hopper for moving powder within the hopper assembly to the outlet passage. A trigger mechanism is also incorporated which initiates the powder moving assembly for dispensing the powder. A printed circuit board (printed circuit board) is activated by the trigger mechanism and sends a signal to a media content delivery system. The media content delivery system delivers an audio, video, or audiovisual message to the user of the dispensing assembly.

    Abstract: A beverage supply apparatus for placement atop a beverage dispenser bowl comprises a housing, a mounting flange and a hopper within the housing for storing dry beverage powder mix. The hopper holds a quantity of powder beverage mix and dispenses powder mix from the hopper through an outlet. A whipping chamber disposed between and in communication with the hopper outlet and the bowl has a mechanical impeller contained therein. A water supply line is in selective communication with the whipping chamber via a water control valve. A probe measures the quantity of mixed beverage in the bowl, where a control circuit automatically activates the hopper agitator, opens the water control valve and activates the mechanical impeller in the whipping chamber when sensing a quantity of mixed beverage in the bowl below a predetermined quantity. The mix and water is substantially completely mixed into a homogenous beverage mixture having a predetermined consistency prior to passage of the beverage mixture to the bowl.
