Abstract: A method for generating an electronic file including receiving multiple first data records. The method further includes selecting a first digital projection model and a second digital projection model. The method further includes determining a first set of digitally projected records using the first digital projection model and determining a second set of digitally projected records using the second digital projection model. The method further includes receiving a plurality of new first data records. The method further includes determining a third set of digitally projected records using the first digital projection model. The method further includes receiving a file generation request including a file destination address and generating the electronic file including at least one digitally projected record of the third set of digitally projected records. The method further includes providing the electronic file to the file destination address of the file generation request.

Abstract: The disclosed methods include: generating first projected data, second projected data, and third projected; determining or estimating an error parameter associated with the first projected data, the second projected data, and the third projected data; ranking, based on the error parameter, the first projected data, the second projected data, and the third projected data; selecting, based on the ranking, at least one of the first projected data, the second projected data, and the third projected data; and generating, based on selecting one of the first projected data or the second projected data, or the third projected data, a digital report. Abstract: A method for generating an electronic file includes generating a health information request and providing the health information request to one or more covered entity computing systems. The method further includes receiving health information and health care provider (HCP) information associated with multiple HCPs. The method further includes combining the health information with at least a portion of the HCP information to generate combined health information. The method further includes determining multiple digitally projected values based on the combined health information using one or more digital projection models. Each digitally projected value of the plurality of digitally projected values is associated with an HCP of the multiple HCPs. The method further includes generating the electronic file including at least one digitally projected value of the multiple digitally projected values. The method further includes providing the electronic file to a file destination address.
