    Abstract: An insulated sleeve connector includes a tubular body having a longitudinal axis. The tubular body includes a first end including a first opening, a second end opposite the first end along the longitudinal axis and including a second opening, and a central section situated along the longitudinal axis between the first end and the second end and including an insulating material. The insulated sleeve connector also includes a first protrusion projecting from an inner surface of the tubular body adjacent to the central section and a second protrusion projecting from the inner surface of the tubular body adjacent to the central section and spaced away from the first protrusion along the longitudinal axis.
