  • Patent number: 10477997
Abstract: I disclose a method for increasing a quantity of gas bubbles in a head of foam of a beverage in drink ware, comprising providing and sinking a portable nucleation accessory into the beverage. The nucleation accessory features a plurality of nucleation sites etched into a smooth outer surface of the accessory. Each nucleation site comprises a pit which pulls and aggregates gases out of solution until the gases forms a bubble. When the bubble becomes sufficiently buoyant, it detaches from the nucleation site and rises to an upper surface of the beverage. A plurality of nucleation sites producing bubbles in this way build a head of foam on the upper surface of the beverage. Nucleation sites may be arranged to appear as lines or areas to a naked eye.

  • Patent number: 10426283
Abstract: A multi-position hanger including a main body, a hook, a wishbone and a pants bar. The hook is attached to the main body. The wishbone and the pants bar are also attached to the main body. The wishbone is attached to the main body at a first offset in a first direction from the hook, and the pants bar is attached to the main body at a second offset in a second direction from the hook. Loading the wishbone produces a moment in a first direction and loading the pants bar produces a moment in a second, opposite direction.

  • Publication number: 20150118348
Abstract: A carbonated beverage nucleation device comprising a solid, non-reactive, non-porous, non-erodible and food-safe three-dimensional body having a top, bottom, vertical central axis oriented top to bottom, and at least a bilateral symmetry about the vertical central axis. Integral recessed, gas bubble nucleation sites are cut from at least an outer surface of the body by mechanical or chemical means. Contacting the body with a beverage causes gas dissolved in the beverage to form bubbles, attach to and then detach from recessed nucleation sites. This increases the quality and quantity of head froth.
