    Abstract: A modular battery charging system includes a modular battery charging station and at least one modular battery within the modular battery charging station. The modular battery charging station is connected to a grid connected home solar power system. The modular battery charging station is connected between at least one solar panel and a connection to an electricity grid. The at least one solar panel powers the modular battery charging station and the modular battery is connected to the modular battery charging station. The modular battery charging station charges the modular battery and the modular battery is removable from the modular battery charging station.
