Abstract: An integrated cleaning module of a vehicle sensor includes a washing liquid supply module configured to supply cleaning liquid; and an air supply module connected to the washing liquid supply module and configured to supply air. The air supply module includes a compressor configured to generate compressed air; an air tank in which the compressed air generated by the compressor is stored; and an integrated dispenser configured to be in fluid connection with the washing liquid supply module and the air tank. The integrated dispenser is configured to distribute the cleaning liquid and the compressed air.

Abstract: A water management system for a hydrogen engine is capable of reducing a capacity of a water tank for storing cooling water injected into the hydrogen engine and is capable of not requiring separate replenishment of water for the water tank. The water management system includes: a water tank module, which stores water for cooling the hydrogen engine; a water pump provided at the water tank module and configured to supply the water stored in the water tank module to the hydrogen engine; and an exhaust line provided between the hydrogen engine and the water tank module and configured to supply an exhaust gas, which contains water vapor discharged from the hydrogen engine, to the water tank module.

Abstract: A urea solution pump unit includes a bracket mounted to a lower side of a urea solution tank. A pump unit is horizontally disposed at a center of an upper part of the bracket and includes a pump suctioning a urea solution to one direction and a motor pumping the urea solution to another direction through a gap between a rotor and a stator of the motor inside the pump and discharging the urea solution to a lower side of the bracket. A pair of thawing units are fixedly disposed at both sides of the pump unit on the bracket. The thawing units transfer heat to the urea solution and prevent the urea solution from being frozen. A sensor unit is disposed at one side of one of the thawing units and detects a level, a temperature, and a pressure of the urea solution.

Abstract: A urea pump module in a urea tank, which is filled with an aqueous urea solution, to supply the urea solution to an exhaust line may include: a flange device disposed to close a mounting hole formed through a bottom surface of the urea tank; a pump device having an inlet port for introduction of the urea solution and an outlet port connected to a discharge portion of the flange device, the pump device providing pumping force to discharge the urea solution from the urea tank; a first filter device coupled to an internal to the flange device to surround the pump device and serving to filter the urea solution to be introduced into the pump device; and a second filter device coupled to a top portion of the flange device to cover the pump device and serving to discharge air generated inside the pump device outward.

Abstract: A heating structure is provided. The heating structure for heating a pump installed in a tank to discharge a liquid stored in the tank to the outside of the tank comprises: a flange installed on one side of the interior of the tank, and a heating member coupled to one side of the flange and provided on one side with an accommodation groove in which at least a part of the pump is accommodated. A first discharge tube of the pump having at least a part accommodated in the accommodation groove extends toward the flange and is connected to a second discharge tube formed on the other side of the flange outside the tank. The heating member is configured to heat at least a part of the pump, the first discharge tube, and at least a part of the second discharge tube.
