    Abstract: Novel acrylic polymers with pendant unsaturation are disclosed. Also disclosed is a wide variety of amine-containing acrylic resinous compositions prepared therefrom. These compositions are useful for coating applications, particularly cationic electrodeposition. An inexpensive method of preparing the resinous compositions of this invention is provided.
