    Abstract: A system for calculating a normalized priority rating for a task is provided. The system includes a computing platform configured to receive an indication of whether the task is a forced change. If the task is a forced change, the computing platform is configured to assign a predetermined normalized priority rating to the task. If the task is not a forced change, the computing platform is configured to receive input indicative of a plurality of task characteristics and calculate a normalized priority rating based on the task characteristics. The computing platform is also configured to provide an output indicative of the normalized priority rating.
