  • Patent number: 8362289
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a mixture for recovery utilization or transfer of carbon dioxide gas. According to the present invention, disclosed is a mixture containing carbon dioxide and an alkyltin alkoxide composition containing carbon dioxide complex of an alkyltin alkoxide, the mixture having a composition with a specified ratio.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 28, 2007
Date of Patent: January 29, 2013
    Assignee: Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation
Inventors: Nobuhisa Miyake, Kazuhiro Onishi, Kazuo Tomoyasu, Budianto Bijanto
  • Patent number: 7842828
Abstract: For an alkyltin alkoxide catalyst composition used in carbonate production, there is a problem that the alkyltin alkoxide catalyst composition is thermally decomposed by being heated in the production process, changing into an undistillable alkyltin alkoxide catalyst composition containing a high boiling deactivated component and an active component. The present invention provides a method for separating out and recovering the active component from the alkyltin alkoxide catalyst composition as a useful dialkyltin dialkoxide.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 22, 2007
Date of Patent: November 30, 2010
    Assignee: Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation
    Inventors: Budianto Bijanto, Nobuhisa Miyake

  • Patent number: 7541482
Abstract: A process for the production of alkyltin alkoxides which comprises subjecting at least one alkyltin compound selected from among organotin compounds having tin-oxygen-tin linkages as the starting compound and a hydroxyl compound as the reactant to dehydration to obtain an alkyltin alkoxide corresponding to the starting compound and the reactant, characterized by continuously feeding the starting compound and the reactant into a reactor, discharging a water-containing low boiling point component from the reactor, and continuously withdrawing a reaction fluid containing an alkyltin alkoxide as the bottom from the reactor.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 18, 2005
Date of Patent: June 2, 2009
    Assignee: Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation
