  • Patent number: 11955183
Abstract: A non-volatile memory includes a memory cell region including an outer region proximate a first end of the memory cell region and an inner region separated from the first end by the outer region, first and second bit lines, an outer memory cell string including memory cells connected to an outer pillar extending vertically upward through the outer region, and an inner memory cell string including memory cells connected to an inner pillar extending vertically upward through the inner region, and a data input/output (I/O). The data I/O circuit includes a page buffer circuit that connects the first bit line during a first read operation directed to memory cells of the outer memory cell string, and connects the second bit line during a second read operation directed to memory cells of the inner memory cell string, and a read voltage determination unit that selects a first optimal read voltage used during the first read operation, and a second optimal read voltage used during the second read operation.

  • Publication number: 20170274444
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bifurcated pipe and a bifurcated connector for connecting hoses and a fuel supply hose manufactured using the same, in which connection between a torch and an oxygen tank or a gas tank is facilitated and hoses are prevented from becoming twisted or entangled during a welding or cutting process. Further, according to the present invention, a single connection hose is prevented from being damaged by sparks, a piece of steel cut off the workpiece, a discarded welding rod, or a sharp cut surface or edge of the workpiece, and a worker is capable of easily recognizing gas leakage and a portion from which gas is leaking, thereby preventing an accident.

  • Publication number: 20060232386
Abstract: There is disclosed a home network system using a DC power bus. The network system with a network server and more than one device being connected comprises a main power supply means for converting an AC power into a DC power to supply the DC power to the more than one device; and a DC power bus for providing a supply path of the DC power converted by the main power supply means. Since the DC power is supplied to each device via a power outlet located on the DC power bus, it is possible to supply the power necessary to each device of various kinds included in the network system more efficiently using the main power supply means and the DC power bus. Further, it is possible to prevent the DC power from being supplied to the area to which the power does not need to be supplied, by switching on/off a power breaker within the main power supply means automatically with regards to operation states of the devices located in each area at home, which results in preventing unnecessary power consumption.

  • Patent number: 6225369
Abstract: Disclosed is a UV-curable transfer ink which can be cured by UV and used to emboss a precise and clear pattern on a substrate. It comprises 20-40% by weight of a UV-reactive ink, 20-40% by weight of an acrylic copolymer, 4-6% by weight of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, 25-35% by weight of an organic solvent and 0.5-5% by weight of a bulking agent. A printing sheet is also provided, on which the transfer ink is printed in a predetermined pattern. An embossed pattern is obtained by applying the sheet to a substrate, exposing it to UV to cure the printed transfer ink, releasing the printing sheet to leave the cured transfer ink on the substrate, and etching the substrate.

  • Patent number: 5799020
Abstract: A distributed cycle reset protocol used in a system including a plurality of nodes sharing a single medium, which reduces the reset overhead generated due to an increased medium distance and increased transmission rate in accordance with a reset made by the co-operation between two adjacent nodes. The distributed cycle reset protocol includes a distributed medium connection control unit for controlling each of the nodes in such a manner that a node, in which all quotas thereof have been exhausted, is allocated with new quotas to enter a new cell transmission cycle when it receives a reset signal from a lower-order node after transmitting a reset signal to a higher-order node.
