  • Patent number: 6158581
Abstract: A golf bag, provided with a plurality of club inlet openings and club head shields at its top frame, is disclosed. In the golf bag, irons, woods, a pitching wedge, a sand wedge and a putter, are separately and neatly adjusted in the order of different lengths of the clubs. The club shafts are inserted into the bag through the openings, while the club heads are held in the head shields. Both the shafts and heads of the clubs are thus prevented from being moved or tangled in the golf bag, so that a golfer easily selects a desired club from the bag prior to hitting a golf ball on the course. The golf bag also prevents the club heads from colliding against each other, thus preventing the club heads from being damaged. The golf bag also allows a golfer to check empty head shields of his bag at a look, so that the golf bag prevents any club heads from being lost.

  • Patent number: 5826272
Abstract: A visored golf cap with a measuring means is disclosed. In the cap, a front visor is attached to the front part of a size-adjustable head band. The regularly-spaced visor holders are radially attached to all the opposite side parts of the band except for the front part. The flexible fabric visors cover the intervals between the front visor and the visor holders, respectively. The visor coupling plate is coupled to either one of the two endmost visor holders through a corrugated flexible connector. The visored cap effectively screens the sun's rays that are radiated onto both side parts of a golfer's face and onto a golfer's neck. Due to the measuring means attached to the front visor, a golfer while golfing effectively checks the distance between a golf ball and a target point and checks the inclination angle of a slope where the golf ball must roll in order to reach a target hole.

  • Patent number: 5769220
Abstract: A sectional golf bag is disclosed. The golf bag consists of a top frame, a bottom frame, a bag body, a ratchet bolt unit, a T-shaped bolt unit and a reinforcement unit. The golf bag is easily assembled and disassembled by a user so that it is easy to clean the interior of the bag while using the bag. The top and bottom frames are detachably attached to the top and bottom edges of the bag body using both bolt units so that it is not required to seam the top and bottom frames to the bag body differently from typical golf bags. The sectional golf bag is disassembled while being transported or stored in a golf shop or a warehouse for marketing and being kept in a user's house for a long time. The sectional golf bag thus remarkably reduces the volume and conserves storing space, thus allowing a merchandiser to store the golf bags in his shop in large numbers.

  • Patent number: 5544743
Abstract: A golf bag keeps golf clubs, golf balls, golf tees and etc. therein. The golf bag comprises an upper holder having both wood club cells and iron club cells for separately distinguishably keeping the iron clubs and the wood clubs. The upper holder is tightly engaged with the top end of a cloth body. The bottom end of the cloth body is provided with snap clips which are detachably engaged with a lower holder by snapping in their respective locking portions of the lower holder. A support column extends between the upper and lower holders for supporting a shape of the golf bag. The snap clips are snapped in the locking portions respectively in order to detachably couple the bottom end of the cloth body to the lower holder. This golf bag prevents the club heads, particularly the wood club heads, from bumping against each other, thus to protect the club heads from damage. The golf bag also makes the club heads distinguishable and easily took out of the bag.
