Abstract: A method and an apparatus for network function virtualization, which may allow services of VNF components logically and physically distributed in a VNF instance to be shared with another VNF instance in a NFV environment without any separate component such as a load balancer. The method for network function virtualization includes: configuring one or plural virtual network function (VNF) instances including one or plural shared virtual network function (VNF) components and one or plural VNF instances including one or plural non-shared VNF components, generating a descriptor including attribute information of the one or plural shared VNF components, and providing the descriptor to a VNF instance which is to use the shared VNF component.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method of allowing user terminals to share a control right of a machine to a machine (M2M) device by a M2M service server. The method may include receiving a sharing request message from a first user terminal registered at the M2M service server to share predetermined control rights of a M2M device with a second user terminal, creating a virtual resource for the second user terminal based on information included in the sharing request message, and allowing the second user terminal to control predetermined features of the M2M device based on the created virtual resource in response to a control request message from the second user terminal.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to providing a monitoring service to user terminals regardless of whether the user terminals are registered at a server for the monitoring service and whether the user terminals are installed with an application dedicatedly programmed for the monitoring service. The server may receiving a data forward request message from a first one of subscriber's registered user terminals for forwarding target monitoring information to a designated user terminal, process the target monitoring information to be processable at the designated user terminal, and transmit a connection request message and the processed target monitoring information to the first one of subscriber's registered user terminals. The first one of subscriber's registered user terminals receives the connection request message and the processed target monitoring information from the server and forwards the processed target monitoring information to the designated user terminal in response to the request message.
