  • Patent number: 11961720
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a multi-channel device for detecting plasma at an ultra-fast speed, including: a first antenna module connected to a first output terminal in contact with a substrate on a chuck of a process chamber and extending to ground, and receiving a first leakage current leaking through the substrate to increase reception sensitivity of the leakage current; a first current detection module detecting the first leakage current; a current measurement module receiving the first leakage current output from the first current detection module, and extracting the received first leakage current for each predetermined period to generate a first leakage current measurement information; and a control module comparing the first leakage current measurement information with a reference value to generate first arcing occurrence information.

  • Patent number: 10783607
Abstract: Provided is a method of acquiring an optimized closed curved surface image using multiple cameras, and more particularly, an image providing method that produces a single image using a plurality of cameras fixed to a rig and having different capturing viewpoints, the method including projection operation of acquiring a single image by projecting images acquired from the plurality of cameras on a projection surface of a closed curved surface based on parameter information, rendering operation of fitting the acquired single image in a quadrangular frame for each region through a non-uniform sampling process, and viewing operation of mapping the sampled image to a viewing sphere.

  • Patent number: 5802018
Abstract: A method for sequentially reproducing optical discs in a multidisc player is provided. The multidisc player comprises a disc changer capable of being loaded with a plurality of optical discs, a memory, and a microcomputer for controlling the multidisc player. The method includes the following steps. First, information data corresponding to each of the plurality of optical discs is detected. Then, the information data is evaluated to determine if program data recorded on each of the plurality of optical discs corresponds to a same particular program. Afterwards, a reproduction order of the plurality of optical discs is determined based on the information data if the program data recorded on each of the plurality of optical discs corresponds to the same particular program. Finally, the plurality of optical discs are sequentially reproduced in accordance with the reproduction order to reproduce the same particular program.

  • Patent number: 5761167
Abstract: A method for controlling a reproduction operation of a multidisc player is provided. The multidisc player contains a disc changer having a first disc tray adapted to store a first type optical disc and a plurality of second disc trays adapted to store a plurality of second type optical discs. A first sensor is located in the first disc tray for detecting if the first type optical disc is stored in the first tray and for outputting corresponding first status sense data. Second sensors are respectively located in the second disc trays to determine if the second type optical discs are respectively stored in the second disc trays and for outputting corresponding second status sense data. The method for controlling the reproduction operation of the multidisc player includes the following steps. First, the first status sense data is detected to determine if the first type optical disc is loaded in the first tray.
