  • Publication number: 20200406288
Abstract: A liquid film cartridge includes: a nozzle section 10 which ejects a foamable solution 100 and generates a liquid film in a space; and a liquid leading section 20 which leads the foamable solution 100 to the nozzle section 10, in which when an outermost portion of a liquid ejecting port 11 of the nozzle section 10 and an inner wall 21 of the liquid leading section 20 are disposed with a gap therebetween so as to satisfy a condition of a predetermined separation relationship, a distance from the inner wall 21 generating air bubbles 103 to the liquid ejecting port 11 in the liquid leading section 20 corresponding to a flow path immediately before the foamable solution 100 reaches the nozzle section 10 is increased and the amount of the air bubbles 103 entering from the liquid leading section 20 into the nozzle section 10 can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 10724941
Abstract: A liquid membrane 100 is formed by jetting a liquid sucked from a recovery reservoir 11a and pressurized using a pump 12 from a nozzle of a liquid membrane cartridge 20. The formed liquid membrane 100 makes contact with a slope wall of the liquid membrane cartridge 20 along a surface of the liquid membrane 100. The liquid running down from the slope wall is recovered and stored in the recovery reservoir 11a in order to recover the liquid running down along the slope wall in a decelerated state into the recovery reservoir 11a. As a result, it is possible to prevent air bubbles from being generated by agitation of a liquid of the recovery reservoir 11a when the liquid enters the recovery reservoir 11a.

  • Publication number: 20200096424
Abstract: A flat plate-like space region 13A formed between an inflow port 11A and an outflow port 11B of liquid has a predetermined thickness, and the planar shape of the space region 13A is configured in a shape in which the surface tensions generated, by liquid supplied to the space region 13A, from different places in a contour portion of the space region 13A toward the inner side of the space region 13A interact with each other. Thus, when the liquid is supplied to the space region 13A of a liquid film generating tool 100A from the outside, the liquid spreads in a plate shape along the shape of the space region 13A, and the surface tensions generated toward the inner side of the space region 13 can interact with each other to form a liquid film.
